The room included a big screen TV, good wardrobe, and plenty of space. I found many plugpoints, really useful. The bathroom had a power shower. Breakfast was plentiful. There were tables available even when it was busy.

the breakfast had many options. i noticed the room was spic and span. the front desk and breakfast crew were friendly. there was a luggage weigher available too. check-in online was easy.
there was no water in the room, nor slippers, and the entrance door was damaged.

this place is super near the train. excel is easily accessible from here. there are also restaurants located nearby. disabled parking is close to reception.

the elizabeth line offers excellent access to central areas (it is a 12-minute walk). the room was clean and quiet. i found the breakfast selection good. i appreciated the waffle maker during breakfast.
The instant tea and coffee in the room could be improved for better quality. I would have preferred something nicer.
